Cearvol Nano 2 (Midnight) OTC Hearing Aids

I wanted rechargeable, variable settings and not to rely entirely on tiny buttons. Adjusting settings through an app seemed more convenient for everyday life. My main goals were to ensure ease of setup, comfort for long wear, and the ability to adjust sound for different environments without having to restart the entire setup process each time. The initial setup took longer as I had to learn my way around charging, pairing the device, and selecting initial listening settings. I charged the device fully, downloaded the app, followed the steps to connect it, and wore it for ages. The app quickly located the hearing aids, and once paired, I could make minor adjustments without removing the device. The first thing I noticed was that everyday noises, clattering dishes, footsteps, the crinkle of paper, and running water, were louder than I had thought. The sound was balanced with some gradual adjustments in volume. It took some time getting used to to get a comfortable, secure fit. If they were not placed properly, I suffered discomfort and variable sound quality. The charging case is attractive and handy; no more fumbling around with disposable batteries. After use I place the hearing aids in the case and make sure they are properly seated. The controls on the charging case are convenient if I would rather not open the app just for basic adjustments. One downside is that it takes time to get the settings personalized. The defaults may not suit all environments, and turning up the volume doesn't always improve clarity. I had better results doing small things, testing one by one and noticing my voice and the background noise.
