Who is Nano 2 designed for?
Nano 2 is designed for adults with mild to moderately severe hearing loss. It suits users who prefer discreet in-canal hearing aids and want personalized settings through an in-app hearing check, My Fit, and separate adjustments for each ear.
How does the 45-day risk-free trial work?
You get to try our hearing aids risk-free for 45 days. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your hearing aids and wish to return them, you can return them for afull refund. Contact support@cearvol.com for more details.
How do I personalize Nano 2 for each ear?
Use the in-app hearing check to create My Fit for each ear. You can then adjust left and right frequency settings independently and save My Fit for daily use without keeping the app connected.
Does the app need to stay connected to the hearing aids all the time?
No. The app is mainly used for initial setup and occasional adjustments.
Since the hearing aids are very small and battery capacity is limited, we optimized power consumption in the design: after 5 minutes of inactivity in the app, the hearing aids will temporarily turn off the connection with the app to reduce unnecessary battery drain and save power for the core hearing function.
This design is based on feedback from 3,000 users with hearing loss. About 80% of them said they don't need to make frequent adjustments after the initial setup. Whenever you need to adjust settings again, simply reopen the app and reconnect.
Can Nano 2 stream music, calls, or TV audio?
No. Nano 2 does not stream music, phone calls, or direct TV audio. Bluetooth is only for connection. TV Mode only optimizes speech from a nearby television; it does not connect directly to the TV.
