Every time that you hear the beeping sound, press a large button on the screen of your smartphone to indicate that you heard the sound.

When streaming music via Bluetooth, the volume control for the hearing aid may not be available. In this case, you would need to use the volume control on the device that is connected to the Bluetooth streaming. Adjusting the volume on your smartphone or the device you are streaming from will directly impact the volume of the streamed music in your hearing aids.
