My mom/dad is elderly and doesn't use a smartphone or an app. Can she still easily use the Wave hearing aids?
While your mom or dad can easily manage settings using the charging case's simple button control, we completely understand that not everyone uses a smartphone.
For older adults who prefer a completely traditional, worry-free experience without any apps or Bluetooth, we highly recommend our Cearvol Nano.

Why is a hearing test essential?
It is highly recommended to undergo hearing testing. After completing the hearing test, our app will provide detailed compensation for your hearing loss, making the listening experience when wearing the device closer to what you experienced before hearing loss occurred.Ordinary hearing aids only compensate for common hearing loss frequencies. For example, a certain hearing aid might be set to compensate for hearing loss at 2kHz and 3kHz, with compensation levels ranging from 40 to 60 dB. If your hearing loss is less than this range, the sounds you hear will be very loud, making it feel like just an amplification of surrounding sounds.After our hearing test, we can tailor the compensation to the specific frequencies of your hearing loss, preventing this issue.
How do I update my hearing aids?

How to Wear Correctly
When wearing the devices, please confirm the Left (L) and Right (R) indicators. Gently insert the device into your ear canal and try rotating it counter-clockwise to find the most comfortable position.
If you feel any discomfort, please remove the original eartips and replace them with others from the eartip kit included in the package. To replace them, flip the edge of the eartip outward, align the device's sound outlet with the end of the eartip, and insert it. After installation, gently tug on the eartip to ensure it is secure and not loose.
We recommend trying different sizes (larger or smaller) until you find the perfect fit. Gently rotating the hearing aid can also help it sit more comfortably against your ear canal.
