Return and Refund Policy: 
The following return and refund policy applies to devices purchased directly from the www.cearvol.com website and must be returned to the designated address.
We recommend that you take at least three weeks to trial your new hearing aids. It takes time for the brain to relearn how to process amplified sounds, and you should take that time to become fully adapted to your hearing aids. However, the 45-day trial period is not mandatory, so if you are unsatisfied with your purchase (for any reason), you may return the hearing aids within 45 days of receiving them, and you will be granted a full refund of the purchase price (minus any shipping fees, discounts, or coupons applied).

Note: 

We have warehouses in both the United States and Japan. For all other shipping destinations, orders are fulfilled from China via cross-border shipping. Besides, you do not need to pay import duties, which we will cover on your behalf. 

Please note that for returns from countries outside the United States and Japan, you will need to bear the associated import duties and return shipping costs.

During the 45-day trial period:
Please note that to be eligible for a full refund, you will need to return the complete product, including all additional accessories, charging cases, charging cables, or free items that were included with your hearing aids at the time of purchase.
The 45-day trial period applies only once per device model. Cearvol will not issue multiple refunds for the same device model to the same user.
Please note that during the return process, you will be fully responsible for any loss or damage to your hearing aids. We do not assume any liability for any hearing aid loss or damage that may occur during the return shipping process. We highly recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance when returning the hearing aids.
To qualify for a refund, you will need to return the hearing aids and all accessories in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving the return label
Once we receive the devices and all accessories and confirm they meet the return criteria, we will process a full refund.
To ensure your hearing aids meet the return and refund criteria:
The hearing aids must be returned in good working condition, including all items originally included in the packaging (including the charging case) and any accessories, free items, manuals, and documentation, if applicable.
Your hearing aids must not be damaged, scratched, or soiled. Please take reasonable care of the product and packaging while in your possession. We have the right to claim compensation for any loss or damage caused to the product (including packaging) while in your possession.
Once your application for return or refund has been approved by Customer Service, we will prepare a return label for you. When you return your product, please include a note with your order number, name, and return reason in the returned package.
The package must be returned to the correct address provided by us.
If you purchased/received any accessories and fail to return them along with the hearing aids, you will not be eligible for a full refund. We reserve the right to charge for replacements if accessories are not returned after requesting their return.
You will have 7 days from the notification to return the accessories or provide us with the tracking number. We cannot accept returns of any products that do not meet these conditions.
If the product is returned within 45 days of receipt and meets the above conditions, you will be entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price. Any refunds will be processed using the same payment method you originally used (e.g., refunded to your credit card/PayPal account).
After the 45-day trial period:
After the expiration of the 45-day trial period, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds.
Warranty
Cearvol hearing aids come with a 3-year warranty. If your hearing aids are found to be faulty or not working properly during this time, please follow the steps below:
  • Refer to the user manual provided with your hearing aids for basic troubleshooting steps.
